The One-Stop Shop (OSS) Office in Port of Manila allocated for Bay Service Section was finally established this month to facilitate crew change operations.
With the new OSS Office, boarding officers and supervisors assigned at OSS can now perform their mandate effectively and efficiently to serve both Filipino and foreign seafarers.
The OSS office, complete with internet connection will operate 24/7 to monitor eails from shipping agencies, embassies and other government agencies.
The OSS office in Port of Manila was made possible through the initiative of BI-BSS Acting chief Alnazib A. Decampong.
