Kinumpiska ng Bureau of Customs (BOC) ang tinatayang nasa P800M halaga ng ukay-ukay at mga pekeng produkto sa ilang warehouse sa lungsod ng Valenzuela.
Armado ng Letters of Authority (LOA) na inilabas niBOC Commissioner Rey Leonardo B. Guerrero, sinalakay ng Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service-Intellectual Property Rights Division (CIIS-IPRD) sa tulong ng BOC-Port of Manila (POM), National Bureau of Investigation – National Capital Region, at ng Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) ang mga warehouses na matatagpuan sa no. 17 Omega Street, Don Pablo, Rincon, Valenzuela City.
Ang nasabing mga produkto ay sinasabing nabigong makasunod sa itinatakda ng Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) na safety standards.
Kabilang sa mga nakumpiska ang ilang mamahaling brands tulad ng Mickey Mouse, Tribal, Jag, Nike, Adidas, Jordan, Honda, Dior, Louis Vuitton, at iba pa.
Nahaharap sa paglabag sa Republic Act (R.A.) 4653, Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (R.A. 8293), Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394), at ang Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (R.A. 10863) ang may-ari ng nasabing warehouses.
