“Your honors, in her public statements, VP Robredo asked her supporters that we need to accept the decision of the majority,” ayon kay Macalintal na kilalang election lawyer.

“May we be allowed to respectufully waive our appearance before the joint commitee to further expedite this proceeding,” dagdag pa nito.

“I join my co-chair in expressing gratitude and appreciation on behalf of both houses (of Congress) and the Filipino people for the graciousness of the Vice President and for the sportsman-like conduct of her counsel, in the person of Atty.

Victor Rodriguez.

“Indeed, the (unity) theme of the UniTeam begins to prevail in the country. The healing has begun, let us unite as a nation for and by the Filipino people. Maraming salamat,” sabi ni Romualdez.

“We join in the manifestation of my distinguished colleague and one of the election law practitioners, Atty Romulo ‘Romymac’ Macalintal,” tugon ni Rodriguez kay Macalintal.

“Likewise, we would like to recognize and thank the patriotism exhibited by Vice President Leni Robredo for expressly recognizing the integrity and the result of the recently-concluded general elections,” ayon pa dito.
