Nasabat ng Bureau of Customs (BoC) ang mga pekeng produkto na nagkakahalaga ng P129 milyon sa lalawigan ng Pampanga.
Armado ng Letters of Authority (LOA) na inilabas ni BOC Commissioner Rey Leonardo B. Guerrero, sinalakay ng pinagsanib-puwersa ng Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service-Intellectual Property Rights Division (CIIS-IPRD), CIIS-Port of Clark, at ng Port of Manila (POM), National Bureau of Investigation – National Capital Region, FIMA Legal Consultancy team, at ng Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) ang isang warehouses sa Golden Sun 999 Industrial Park, Dela Paz, San Simon, Pampanga.
Kasama sa isinagawang initial inventory ang mga produktong may brand names tulad ng Louis Vuitton, Paul Frank, Adidas, Hello Kitty, at Spider Man.
Gayundin ang samu’t saring produkto tulad ng dishwashing liquid at Tiger Motorcycle Lubricant.
Nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (RA 8293) at sa Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (RA 10863) ang may-ari ng nasabing warehouse na hindi tinukoy ang pagkakakilanlan.
