State of the Nation Address (SONA).

“I authored bills seeking to create the DWR and the Water Regulatory Commission in the past Congresses, but these measures did not see the light of day. I refiled these measures this 19th Congress and this time I’m optimistic about the bills’ prospects after the President declared that the creation of DWR forms part of his legislative agenda,” sabi ni Herrera.

“We also welcome the President’s promise to look into the precarious water supply situation in urban areas and other parts of the country,” dagdag nito.

“I am extremely happy that this administration puts premium on internet connectivity. I fully support the President in his desire to provide better internet connectivity, which has become a paramount issue in the daily lives of Filipinos during the pandemic when many of us were forced to work or study from home,” sabi nito.
