Pinuri ng mga kongresista ang naitalang mataas na ratings na ni Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez sa ikatlong bahagi ng survey ng OCTA Research.
Sinabi nina Sarangani Rep. Steve Chiongbian, Lanao del Sur Rep. Zia Alonto Adiong, at Iloilo Rep. Julienne “Jam” Baronda na hindi na nakakagulat na nakakuha ng mataas na ratings si Romualdez dahil sa magaling na pamumuno nito sa Kamara.
“It comes as no surprise to us at the House of Representatives that the OCTA’s survey shows a favorable result for Speaker Martin’s performance in the last year,” sabi ni Chiongbian.
“Throughout the year, he has championed cornerstone bills in economic reforms, education, and public health. He has consistently demonstrated his ability and dedication for driving positive change through effective legislation,” dagdag pa nito.
Inilarawan din ni Chiongbian si Romualdez bilang “intelligent, professional and decisive lawmaker,” na mga katangian ng isang magaling na lider.
Sinabi naman ni Baronda na ang mataas na satisfaction at trust ratings ni Speaker Romualdez sa survey ng OCTA Research ay patunay na ikinalulugod ng publiko ang ginagawa nito.
“The 6% increase from the previous 55% satisfaction and 54% trust ratings prove that the Filipino people’s legislature is on the right track in coming up with people-centered, proactive, and responsive legislative measures and initiatives,” sabi ni Baronda.
Tinukoy rin ni Baronda ang pag-apruba ng Kamara sa panukalang 2024 national budget at lahat ng 20 LEDAC priority ilang buwan bago ang deadline.
“Aside from these, he is also one of the principal organizers of the Bangon Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair, which brings government services closer to the grassroots across the country,” saad pa ni Baronda.
“Speaker Romualdez’s work ethic, dedication and passion to serve, and collaborative efforts to help the executive branch led by President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. makes us want to do and give our best, too, for our country and people. Indeed, this is the best time to be a Member of the House of Representatives,” aniya pa.
“The survey has unveiled a substantial and noteworthy 6-point surge in the performance rating of none other than our distinguished Speaker, Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez,” sabi pa ni Adiong.
“This remarkable development is a testament to the discerning judgment of the Filipino populace who have not only acknowledged but celebrated the unwavering dedication and tireless commitment displayed by Speaker Romualdez in steering the House of Representatives,” ayon pa dito.
Ayon kay Adiong ang mataas na ratings ni Romualdez ay indikasyon din na maganda ang pagtingin ng publiko sa ginagawa ng Kamara.
“It serves as a resounding vote of confidence and an unequivocal seal of approval, both for the dynamic leadership of Speaker Romualdez and for the institution that is the House of the People,” saad pa nito.
