Pinapurihan ni Quezon City Rep. Marvin Rillo si House Speaker Martin Romualdez sa mataas na ratings na nakuha nito sa survey ng OCTA Research noong Oktubre.
“We offer our congratulations to the Speaker, who is clearly providing highly effective political leadership to the House of Representatives in a manner that best responds to public interest,” ani Rillo sa isang pahayag nitong Linggo.
“We are proud to be a member of the House and the Lakas political party that the Speaker leads concurrently,” sabi pa ni Rillo.
Si Romualdez ay pangulo rin ng Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats (Lakas-CMD), na mayroong 73 miyembro sa Kamara sa kasalukuyan.
Nagpasalamat din si Rillo sa suporta na ibinigay umano ni Romualdez sa mga distrito sa buong bansa upang mailapit sa publiko at mga mahihirap na pamilya ang serbisyong kaloob ng gobyerno.
Sa pinahuling survey ng OCTA Research, nagsabi ang 61 porsiyento ng mga Pilipino na nasisiyahan sa ginagawa ni Romualdez, mas mataas ng anim na porsiyento kumpara sa survey noong Hulyo.
Ang Speaker ang ikaapat na pinakamataas na lider ng bansa sunod sa Pangulo, Bise Presidente, at Senate President.
