Pinagtibay ng Kamara de Representantes ang isang resolusyon na kumikilala sa 10 natatanging miyembro ng Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) dahil sa kanilang naipakitang kalidad ng pamumuno at magandang pag-uugali.
Inaprubahan ng Kamara ang House Resolution 1469 na pangunahing akda nina Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez, Majority Leader Manuel Jose “Mannix” Dalipe, Minority Leader Marcelino Libanan, Senior Deputy Majority Leader Ferdinand Alexander Marcos at Reps. Yedda K. Romualdez (Tingog Partylist), Jose Manuel Alba, Peter Miguel, Jude Acidre at Dale Corvera.
“In this resolution, we recognize 10 Boy Scouts who have shown tremendous qualities that help shape their communities for the better. They are role models that people can imitate or emulate, and they do our country a great service by being good leaders,” ani Romualdez.
Ayon sa resolusyon, ang Boy Scouts of the Philippines ay naging instrumento sa paghubog ng karakter at kakayanang mamuno ng mga batang Pilipino sa buong bansa.
“In 1989, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines established the search for the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts to recognize scouts who have shown exemplary and best epitomize good moral character and demonstrated authentic qualities of leadership in the institution and community,” sabi sa resolusyon.
Ang Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines ngayong taon na kinilala sa resolusyon ay sina:

2, Queen Marjorie Arroyo (Batangas) - Alester Galieto Jude Capacio (Zamboanga Sibugay)
- Johann Sebastian Capanas (Cebu)
- Ethann Michael Aguirre (Quezon City)
- JP Nelson Sumando (Surigao del Norte)
- Samantha Lorraine Jauco (Tarlac)
- John Jazper Luna (Manila)
- Jedryc Romero (Laguna)
- Jason Paul Mendez (Negros Occidental)
“The Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines for 2023 have proven themselves as outstanding role models, embodying the ideals of scouting and contributing significantly to the development of their respective communities and our Country as a whole,” sabi sa resolusyon.
Sa pamamagitan ng resolusyon ay ipinarating din ng Kamara ang pagbati nito sa Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines for 2023.
