Pinagtibay ng Mababang Kapulungan ng Kongreso ang mga nakahaing resolusyon ng pakikiramay at pakikidalamhati kay His Majesty King Charles III, sa royal family at mga mamamayan ng United Kingdom of Great Britain at Northern Ireland sa pagkasawi ni Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.
Sa House Resolution (HR) No. 346, ipinarating nina Speaker Martin G. Romualdez, House Majority Leader at Zamboanga City Rep. Manuel Jose “Mannix” M. Dalipe, House Minority Leader at 4Ps party-list Rep. Marcelino Libanan, senior Deputy Majority Leader at Ilocos Norte Rep. Ferdinand Alexander A. Marcos, Tingog party-list Reps. Yedda Marie K. Romualdez at Jude A. Acidre ang pakikiramay sa pamilya ni Queen Elizabeth.
Pinag-isa ng HR 346 ang HR 347, 349 at 350 kung saan inalala nito ang mga nagawa ni Queen Elizabeth na pag-isahin ang bansa nito at ang British nationals.
Nakasaad sa resolusyon na si Queen Elizabeth II ay tinawag na “Elizabeth the Steadfast” sa kadahilanang hindi nito binigo ang kahalagahan ng magandang ugali sa makabagong panahon sa pamamagitan ng serbisyo.
“The passing of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, a cherished sovereign, and a beneficent ruler, will be deeply felt by the Royal Family, the people throughout the United Kingdom, the realms, and the
Commonwealth for whom she devoted the greatest part of her life to serve, and by countless people around world who witnessed and admired her reign as a great monarch who served her people well,” ayon sa resolusyon.
Nabatid na ipapadala ang kopya ng resolusyon sa British Embassy sa Manila.
